Our Services
Structured around three core pillars: Connect, Grow, and Learn, we offer an integrated end-to-end platform that combines a learning academy, professional coaching and consulting, and a peer driven ecosystem.
CONNECT
Our first pillar is Connect. It comes from the belief that we can achieve more when we come together with a shared vision, in a community that brings out the best in us.
LEARN
Our second pillar is Learn. A Center of Excellence (CoE) offering self-guided learning programs. While programs are tailored for women, they are beneficial to anyone.
GROW
Our third pillar is Grow. Every person is different, and so is every growth journey. Grow offers two integrated service lines: Performance Coaching, and Organisational Consulting.
Areas we explore at ULEAD
Women are an underleveraged talent pool. The barriers they face are systemic, and costly to organisations and economies.

Across all 27 EU member states, men consistently show higher financial literacy levels than women, with an average gender gap of 18 percentage points, rising to over 20 percentage points in several countries. Only 12% of women globally invest in stocks or mutual funds, compared to 28% of men. Women in Europe earn 12.7% less than their male counterparts and are more likely to work in industries where their work is systematically underpaid.
ULEAD Commitment
On International Women's Day 2025, ECB President Lagarde and national central bank Governors committed to five coordinated actions to close the gender gap in financial literacy across Europe.
