U-LEAD PLATFORM

LEARN

CONNECT. LEARN. GROW.

A Center of Excellence (CoE) offering self-guided learning programs. While programs are tailored for women, they are beneficial to anyone. Join the U-LEAD Movement!

Join U-LEAD Learn!

Our second pillar is Learn and it operates across three dimensions:

INDIVIDUAL

We offer self-paced programs for women. Those programs build personal capability across Career Architecture, Future Leadership, Sustainable Performance, and Financial Literacy.

ORGANIZATIONAL

We support companies that share our mission and need the methodology to deliver on it. We embed U-LEAD frameworks into existing organisations to build conditions for women and address pro-actively the gender gap.

SYSTEMIC

We included Financial Literacy into ULEAD because there is a systemic gap where women across the globe are less financially literate than their male counterparts (a phenomenon known as Financial Literacy Gender Gap).

Our Learn Programs

Structured around three core pillars: Connect, Grow, and Learn, we offer an integrated end-to-end platform that combines a learning academy, professional coaching and consulting, and a peer driven ecosystem.

Financial Literacy

Women control approximately one third of all retail financial assets in the EU and United States, a share projected to reach 40 to 45 percent by 2030. Between 2018 and 2023, wealth controlled by women grew 51 percent, outpacing overall market growth of 43 percent. Source: McKinsey Global Institute 2025; UBS Global Wealth Report 2025

Career Architecture

Women remain underrepresented at every level of the corporate pipeline, holding 29% of C-suite roles, down from 49% representation at entry level. In 2025, only 93 women were promoted to manager for every 100 men. Source: McKinsey & LeanIn, Women in the Workplace 2025

Future Leadership

Women represent 22% of the AI workforce and 12% of AI researchers globally. In the green economy, companies with greater gender diversity in management reduced CO₂ emissions around 5% more since the Paris Agreement. Women leave tech at 45% higher rates than men. Sustainable Performance

Burnout affects 42% of women in the workplace and among senior-level women, that figure climbs to 60%. Senior women are also leaving at disproportionate rates: women leaders cite being passed over and seeing no realistic path forward. Source: McKinsey & LeanIn, Women in the Workplace 2025

Financial Literacy

Our first pillar is Connect. It comes from the belief that we can achieve more when we come together with a shared vision, in a community that brings out the best in us.

Sustainable Performance

Your mind is your best friend. But it can also be your worst enemy. Positive Intelligence is an indicator of how much mastery you have developed over your own mind. In our programs we talk about burnout, emotional intelligence, workplace dysfunctions, and team development.

Career Architecture

Our first pillar is Connect. It comes from the belief that we can achieve more when we come together with a shared vision, in a community that brings out the best in us.

Future Leadership

Our third pillar is Grow. Every person is different, and so is every growth journey. Grow offers two integrated service lines: Performance Coaching, and Organisational Consulting.
