About ULEAD
Women hold 29% of C-suite roles, while making up 22% of the AI workforce and leaving tech at 45% higher rates than men. For those who stay, 42% experience burnout, rising to 60% at senior level. And throughout, women earn just 89 cents for every euro men make.
Our model is built on three pillars, CONNECT, LEARN, and GROW, delivering an integrated platform that brings together a learning academy, professional coaching and consulting, and a peer-driven ecosystem.
Our first pillar is Connect. It comes from the belief that we can achieve more when we come together with a shared vision, in a community that brings out the best in us. This pillar operates across three dimensions:
EVENTS
We bring together women, allies, and organizations to drive change upstream and downstream.
INSIGHTS
We share the latest in innovation, technology, funding, investment opportunities, and women-led startups.
ADVOCACY
Upstream, we advocate for systemic, and organisational changes to remove structural barriers at their root.
Our second pillar is Learn. A Center of Excellence (CoE) offering self-guided learning programs. While programs are tailored for women, they are beneficial to anyone. This pillar operates across three dimensions:
INDIVIDUAL
We offer self-paced or cohort programs for women. Those programs build personal capability across Career Architecture, Future Leadership, Sustainable Performance, and Financial Literacy.
ORGANIZATIONAL
We work with companies that share our mission and need the methodology to deliver on it. We embed U-LEAD frameworks directly into existing L&D and DEI and equip HR leaders and Line Managers to build equal conditions for women.
SYSTEMIC
We are aware the conditions that determine whether women, earn equally, and build long-term financial security are set at the institutional level, in EU legislation, corporate governance frameworks, and industry-wide standards. We included Financial Literacy into ULEAD because there is a systemic gap where women across the globe are less financially literate than their male counterparts (a phenomenon known as Financial Literacy Gender Gap).
Our third pillar is Grow, because every person is different, and so is every growth journey. Women remain one of the most underleveraged talent pools globally and the barriers they face are systemic, and costly to organisations and economies. This pillar operates across two integrated service lines:
PERFORMANCE COACHING
We focus on building individual capabilities and psychological foundations required for sustainable high performance.
ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING
We focus on the structural interventions that drive gender equality.

Manifesto
Financial independence is the ultimate form of independence. Around 52% of Europeans lack basic financial literacy, 60% of them are women. On International Women's Day 2025, ECB President Lagarde committed to five coordinated actions to close the gender gap in financial literacy across Europe. U-LEAD acts on the same mandate.
Our Commitment
Structured around three core pillars: Connect, Grow, and Learn, we offer an integrated end-to-end platform that combines a learning academy, professional coaching and consulting, and a peer driven ecosystem.
